Our mission is to use the relationships and underwriting expertise we have from working on the MGU/carrier-side to provide retail brokers an easier way to secure better pricing and coverage parameters for their clients.

About Us
Founding Partner
Steve Perlini
Upon graduating from the Sport Management program at The University of Massachusetts in 1998 Steve began his insurance career at what is now known as Tokio Marine HCC. He was cross-trained in underwriting the firm’s contingency, sports, and entertainment insurance book and in 2007 became the Vice President of Contingency Underwriting managing this portfolio until his departure in 2015. In June of 2015, Steve joined a group of other insurance executives and helped launch All Media Global (AMG) which served as the Wholesale Insurance Brokerage arm of Reel Media Insurance Services, presently one of the leading MGU’s for Sports & Entertainment business. In 2017 AMG and Reel Media merged and Steve became President of Reel Media continuing to focus on building the firm’s book of sports, entertainment, film, and contingency business on both a wholesale brokerage and MGU platform. In January 2020, Steve has stepped back from his day-to-day role at Reel Media and founded WISE Risk, Inc. where he will continue partnering with Carriers and MGU’s such as Reel Media to serve retail brokers in the sports, entertainment, and event insurance space.
When he’s not talking insurance or chasing around his two young daughters, Steve enjoys spending his free time making life difficult for golf course superintendents across New England!

VICE PRESIDENT
Lindsey Harris
Lindsey is a Texas Christian University graduate with a BA in Marketing. She started her career at Marsh in 2009 consulting clients on Marsh ClearSight Risk Management Information System and developed new business for a client list that included several organizations in the entertainment, sports and gaming industries. Lindsey then moved into a new role at Marsh in the Gaming & Hospitality Practice and worked on the Promotion & Events business. Prior to WISE, she was a Senior Account Manager at Lockton and responsible for the servicing and placement of Contingency and other entertainment-related covers across a wide range of entertainment and live event concerns. Lindsey worked closely with clients to advise and execute day-to-day risk management strategies and initiatives, along with playing an integral role in the claims service. Lindsey joined Wise Risk in March 2020 and partners with brokers, carriers and MGU’s serving the insurance needs of the Sports, Entertainment, and Leisure industries.

Daniel S. Lubin
Dan is a Walsh Business school graduate with a BA in Finance. Dan started his insurance career at USF&G in California as a bond underwriter. He then moved over to the agency side of the insurance business with LSG Insurance partners eventually acquired by Gallagher. Dan’s role was a producer/agent, responsible for the servicing and placement of insurance related coverages for a wide range of business including professional athlete disability. Dan worked closely with clients to advise and execute day-to-day risk management strategies and initiatives. Recently Dan has joined WISE to provide insurance needs for the Sports & Entertainment industry specifically focusing on disability insurance for professional and scholastic athletes.
